Elisabetta holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Parma, Italy. A native of Mantova, Italy, Elisabetta moved to California in 1993 and has spent her entire professional career of 27 years in various roles at a leading importer and distributor of high-end kitchen cabinets and case goods from Italy with operations in California, Florida, and New York. In her role as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Luxitaly Group (formerly Snaidero USA), Elisabetta was responsible for developing its budget and financial projections, managing treasury functions, reporting on financial activities, developments and results to the President and Chief Executive Officer, building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions to plan and achieve their short term and long term financing requirements, communicating with insurance partners, and support outside accounting firm in the preparation of years end financial statements and tax filing.  Elisabetta’s responsibilities went well beyond the finance function and covered other critical areas of company’s management such as Human Resources (HR). In addition to leading on several critical long-term operational goals, Elisabetta participated in pivotal strategic initiatives within the Executive Leadership Team.
